Hi everyone,
As well as a wicked hangover, New Years Eve left me with a frightening resolution - to end the year with fewer kg's than I started it with.
Luckily over the festive period I piled it on to make my job easier in the new year, but it's already March and I haven't made any progress.
I think my biggest problems are:
- Making time to exercise
- Finding fun ways to exercise
- Being motivated to exercise
I realise that the other half of this equation is food - has anyone had luck with things like the low GI diet?
Part of my problem is eating when I'm not hungry - usually it's when I'm feeling bored or depressed about not exercising 
I'm really looking for things that have actually worked for you - not 'sounds good in theory but never tried it' type advice. Any suggestions? |
