Have been reading about Lupin8 in the Diabetic magazine and it sounded just what I needed. Have been on it for almost 3 weeks now even over the christmas period and my sugars are under control and i have lost 7 kgs.
Wondering how long i should stay on it. The tub says its all natural so i am thinking that it cannot do any harm to stay on it. what do others think

I buy my lupin from irwin valley in Western Australia.

Check out: http://www.irwinvalley.com.au

I'm sure they can post overseas too. just contact them from the website.

You pay much less and it's the best quality. they are the growers and suppliers and supply everyone else (both retail and wholesale).

Worth a visit for sure!!

thanks for that i have checked it out but it looks like it is just plain lupin flour the lupin8 has a lot more added to it and it is working a treat for me. My doctor is amazed and i continue to loose weight.
I mentioned the plain flour to my doctor at yesterdays visit and he did not recommend that i start mixing different ingredients with the flour you recommend as he said the one i use Lupin8 has a lot more natural ingredients added which are obviously working for me in the right doses so why would i change. Think he as a point . Sometimes cheaper is not really cheaper if it does not work
